The "Holding" and its members.


The Transmerquim Group is integrated under a "Holding" company grouping nine organizations established in various Latin American countries.

These strategic members are:

Corporate Office

The coordination of all the organizations conforming the Transmerquim Group, is consolidated at the Group's Corporate Office, located in San José, Costa Rica.

This office is responsible for the overall implementation of programs, strategies and guidelines issued by the Board of Directors.

The Corporate Office is further responsible for providing permanent feedback to the Group's subsidiaries, for the purpose of improving the decision-making process on an ongoing basis.
